FORGEMARK

COMPLIANCE

NCCER audit-readiness firm for training sponsors and contractors.
Named senior partners, published methodology, audit-defensible work. Chicago-based.

NCCER Master Trainer • Authorized Proctor • Chicago, Illinois

Audit-readiness services that lead. Software that amplifies.

Five service lines, one audit-readiness operating model. Built around named senior partners and published methodology.

Forgemark’s service lines are organized in a deliberate hierarchy. Audit Readiness Projects is the anchor — a focused engagement that establishes the relationship and proves the methodology. Compliance Subscription, Instructor & Credential Management, and Training & Workshops are the ongoing services that scale around it. Forgemark Vault is the long-term software amplifier coming in Year 2+.

Audit Readiness Projects

Focused ATS/ATEF audit preparation engagements. The anchor of how we work with NCCER training sponsors.
A Forgemark Audit Readiness Project is a structured engagement that prepares an NCCER training sponsor or contractor for an ATS, ATEF, or related accreditation review. It is the most common way customers begin working with us.
Each project is anchored by a named senior partner who carries the engagement from kickoff through final sign-off. Field Compliance Auditors execute on-site work; Administrative Compliance Auditors handle document review and binder construction. The senior partner reviews everything before it leaves our hands.

What’s included — five dimensions
• Instructor credentials and lifecycle: every credential audited against current standards, expirations flagged, tracking system built to prevent recurring drift.

• Form 200 evidence and documentation: evidence reconciled against NCCER requirements, gaps identified, audit-defensible binder constructed.

• Trainee records and chain of custody: records verified against LMS exports, certificate issuance, and the documentation auditors will examine.

• Governance, postings, and operations: required postings, governance documents, and operational practices reviewed against accreditation standards.

• Internal review and continuous improvement: review processes documented — or built with you if they don’t exist.

Pricing and timeline

Per engagement, depending on program size, scope, and any recovery work required from prior cycles.

6-12 weeks typical. Rush engagements (4 weeks) available with surcharge when audit dates are imminent. Fixed scope, fixed pricing — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Compliance Subscription

Ongoing audit-readiness across four tiers. For programs that want a steady compliance partner, not fire-drill consulting.

A recurring annual engagement that provides ongoing audit-readiness support between major audit cycles. Instead of preparing every 24 months in a six-week scramble, your program operates with continuous compliance partnership built in.

Tier 1
— Quarterly Review —

Quarterly assessment across the five dimensions. Written recommendations after each review. Phone support for compliance questions.

Tier 2
— Active Partnership —

Includes Tier 1, plus monthly check-in calls, instructor credential tracking, and document review on demand. Senior Partner available for escalations.

Tier 3
— Embedded Partner —

Includes Tier 2, plus bi-weekly working sessions, on-site visits twice per year, full Form 200 binder maintenance, and active credential pipeline management.

Tier 4
— Compliance-as-a-Service —

Includes Tier 3, plus a dedicated Senior Compliance Partner functioning as your fractional compliance officer. Weekly working sessions, full audit-readiness ownership, and direct support to your executive team.

Instructor & Credential Management

ICTP lifecycle, Master Trainer recertification, Authorized Proctor pipeline. The credentials that hold your program together — tracked, maintained, and renewed on time.

Instructor credentials lapse quietly. ICTP renewals slip past their windows. Master Trainer recertifications get postponed and then forgotten. Authorized Proctors retire or move on, and the program doesn’t notice until the next audit cycle reveals the gap. Most training sponsors don’t have a system — they have a spreadsheet, or someone’s memory. Forgemark builds the system.

What we manage
• ICTP credential lifecycle for every instructor in your program
• Master Trainer recertification tracking and renewal coordination
• Authorized Proctor pipeline planning and development
• Cross-mapping between credentials and the courses your instructors are actually teaching
• Documentation reconciliation between NCCER records and your internal systems
• Quarterly reports to your leadership on credential status and risk windows

Training & Workshops

Compliance officer training and program-development workshops. Build internal capacity to maintain audit readiness between our engagements.

NCCER Audit Readiness Fundamentals — 1 day

A one-day workshop covering the five dimensions of audit readiness, common findings, and the foundational practices that prevent them. Designed for compliance officers, training directors, and program managers new to NCCER accreditation.

Form 200 Evidence Construction — 2 days

A two-day intensive on Form 200 evidence requirements, documentation construction, and audit-defensible binder organization. Hands-on workshop with real evidence templates and structured exercises.

Custom On-Site Workshops — pricing on request

Forgemark senior partners deliver custom workshops on-site, tailored to your program’s specific challenges. Typical engagement: 2-3 days, with follow-up coaching included.

Forgemark Vault — coming Year 2+

The software platform that will extend our methodology to scale.

Forgemark Vault is the audit-readiness software platform we are building to extend our methodology beyond what services alone can support. Vault will support audit-binder construction, credential records management, and AI provenance logging — making the operating model that powers our services available to training sponsors who want to maintain audit readiness themselves with our methodology behind it.

Vault is in active development. Get on the waitlist to be notified when it launches.

How a Forgemark engagement actually works.

Step 1 — Free 30-minute assessment

We walk through five dimensions of your current audit readiness. You walk away with three specific recommendations whether or not we work together.

Step 2 — Proposal and scope

If a Forgemark engagement is the right fit, we send a fixed-scope, fixed-pricing proposal within 48 hours of the assessment call.

Step 3 — Kickoff

A named senior partner is assigned. The engagement plan is built around the specific issue you told us about, not a generic checklist.

Step 4 — Delivery

Field Auditors and Administrative Auditors execute the work. The senior partner reviews and signs the final deliverable. Customer communication is steady, not silent.

Step 5 — Handoff and follow-up

We deliver the audit-defensible package with documented next steps. We follow up after your audit to learn how the work performed in practice.
