FORGEMARK

COMPLIANCE

NCCER audit-readiness firm for training sponsors and contractors.
Named senior partners, published methodology, audit-defensible work. Chicago-based.

NCCER Master Trainer • Authorized Proctor • Chicago, Illinois

Built by people who’ve been on both sides of the audit.

Forgemark Compliance was founded to be the audit-readiness firm that NCCER training sponsors actually need — credentialed, accountable, and built to publish its work.

Why Forgemark exists.

We sat on the NCCER side of the table for years. Between credentialed training experience, operational leadership across regulated industries, and longtime participation in workforce-development work, we watched training programs across the country prepare for audits the same way: a scramble in the months before, a sigh of relief after, and twelve to eighteen months of drift until the next cycle.

The compliance support most programs were getting wasn’t bad — it just wasn’t built for what the work actually requires. Generalist consultants didn’t know NCCER vocabulary. Boutique firms operated without published methodology. Software platforms promised everything and delivered audit binders that nobody could defend in front of an actual auditor.

We founded Forgemark to be the firm we wished had existed when we were on the program side. A firm whose senior partners hold the credentials our customers’ auditors hold. A firm that publishes its methodology so customers can examine the work before they hire us. A firm that signs its names to what it delivers.

We’re small by design. Our delivery team is built around credentialed senior partners, supported by field and administrative auditors who handle the on-site and desk-side work that makes audit-readiness real. The work is done by people whose names are on it.

Our co-founders.

Teneishae L. Coleman — Co-Founder & CEO

Teneishae L. Coleman is the co-founder and CEO of Forgemark Compliance. She is an active NCCER Master Trainer and Authorized Proctor with deep experience in compliance, audit, and nonprofit financial oversight.

Her background combines what this work requires: credentialed NCCER experience, financial discipline (MBA, BS in Accounting), and the operating discipline that comes from running multiple businesses. She leads Forgemark’s customer relationships, senior-partner methodology, and the firm’s overall strategy.

Teneishae speaks regularly with training directors, compliance officers, and workforce-development leaders about the realities of NCCER audit preparation. She is reachable at contact@forgemarkcompliance.com.

Kevin Hamilton — Co-Founder & COO

Kevin Hamilton is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Forgemark Compliance. He partners with Teneishae on the operating side of the firm — engagement delivery, client experience, internal systems, and the operational discipline that makes audit-defensibility possible at scale.

Kevin brings deep experience in operational leadership and business strategy. He builds the infrastructure that lets Forgemark’s credentialed senior partners do their best work — engagements that run on schedule, deliverables that meet our published methodology, and clients who experience the firm as steady and accountable.

He works closely with Teneishae on firm strategy, growth planning, and the partnerships that will define Forgemark’s next chapter.

Three principles that shape every engagement.

Named accountability

Every Forgemark engagement is signed by a named senior partner. We don’t outsource the work to subcontractors, and we don’t hide behind anonymous reports. If you hire Forgemark, you know whose judgment you’re relying on.

Published methodology

Our AI Usage Standard, Audit-Defensibility Statement, and Data Processing Addendum are public on this website. We publish how we work so you can examine it before you hire us — not discover surprises after.

Customer mission first

We exist to make NCCER training programs stronger and more audit-defensible. That mission comes before revenue, before growth, and before our own convenience. The right answer for the customer is the right answer for Forgemark.
