This assessment evaluates your training program across the five dimensions NCCER auditors examine during ATS and ATEF accreditation audits. The questions are drawn from the 84-question internal diagnostic Forgemark uses with paying customers — this is the public version, available free.

How to use this assessment

Answer all 22 questions honestly. The score is only useful if it reflects your real state.
Score each question on a 0-3 scale: 3 = Yes, fully and documented; 2 = Yes, but documentation incomplete; 1 = Partially / inconsistently; 0 = No / I don't know.
